Repaired the JimC air pump idler pulley. Toyota Land Cruiser specialty parts - https://tlcperformance.com/ Contacted JimC regarding a replacement for the bearing and pulley and he makes those available for ca. $40. Not on his website, so if you want one contact him directly.
Easy fix, just unscrew the nut, slide out the bolt, remove junk, replace with good. The nut has a nylon insert and I reused it but with a liberal amount of blue Loctite.

At least 100k, maybe over 150. I didn't record the mileage or date when I installed it.

Its the "protect thy head" from projectiles when your going down a large dune after forgeting to brake properly.

Custom made by previous owner, will do a proper cnc molle one eventually

I like the OEM look but wanted a winch. This bumper from TT was a great compromise, but I missed the hook on top of the bumper. I had hoped that it could be somehow installed to the frame and incorporated that way, but it could not. I removed the rust and installed it on top and will use it as a light duty attach point. It as least pays homage to the old bumper.

Sold my FJ60 yesterday after 18 years. I went from 212k to 323K in that time. Bought for $1500 in 2006. It was faded tomato red with bent up front bumper, sagging hood, sagging stock springs, a 4 speed transmission that was on the way out and some rust holes in the quarters and the front left fender. It was a great education for me in automotive skills and I couldn't have done 1/2 the things I did without the knowledge from this forum.

My favorite pic flexing some muscle on a green trail at Rousch Creek.

Installed Trail Tailor front sway bar links, they were too pretty to put under the truck but I did it anyway. Sale price was too good to resist, so thanks to @TRAIL TAILOR for that and for all the enabling he does for MUD.

No, I bought a 2024 Tundra Limited. The non hybrid version. J40fan and his son bought my LC. I wish them the best with it.

No more need for tracking down pedal bucket assemblies for FJ62 manual swaps.

Took my sway bar out and then tested to see how it flexes on the trail. Overall removing the sway bar was a huge improvement, in addition to all the added flex, the truck seemed to ride much nicer on the trail. I thought I was going to have more on road drivability issues but it wasn't bad at all.
I wasn't with a group this time so I couldn't get pictures on the hard obstacles.
