Dug through the parts stash and pulled our a pair of rear running lights. Chopped those up to use the rubber gasket for mounting the front lenses.

Pulled rear drums to find that drums measure out at 295mm and the shoes at 5mm, so still good to go. Gave everything a good blasting with brake cleaner to find that I have slow leak in the drivers side axle seal. Looks like I am going to have to rebuild the rear axle in the near future. Passenger side was full of brake dust.

Also found that my rear pinion seal is leaking. Looks like a full overhaul to the rear axle may be in order soon. Next stop is going to be swapping carbs. Hoping to do that on Thursday this week since we are officially done with the new salon.

Decal removal and did some temporary rust repair on the back. Wasn't going for showroom look, just wanted to keep it from spreading more before I can actually pull the lift gate off and take a long weekend to do it well. It does at least look better though.
