Finally got around to making my rear tire swing out. So much for not carrying a spare anymore

Looks like the type of hardware you can get at your local Tractor Supply store, which seem to be popping up all over.Basically those pins welded to the bumper and the eye of the link cut off and welded to the tube.

This is the first time I've seen a stock radio. Looks nice.
That's how I would describe this trip!^Shweet!
Bummer
Nice
Yeah same here.... and some bailing wire and heavy dykes. Bailing wire already saved my butt once.Awesome photo. And I need to carry ratchet straps.
Where Can I find the A or B on the rear springs?? I installed a heavy kit this weekend and while I don't notice any lean I want to double check.Update. Called ARB/OME and talked to Brian in Tech. As I posted elsewhere, and someone mentioned here, The Plus and Minus mean nothing of import to us. The front springs are the same. The rear springs are A & B, A going on the *Passenger Side.* This holds regardless of right or left hand drive. Checked mine and as expected the A spring was on the driver's side. Switched it today and no more perceptible lean. Yay!![]()
On a weekend road trip in college we were in my friend's AMC 550 sedan heading over the mountains when the engine died. One of the things we checked was the distributor. It turns out the rotor had snapped in two. One item in the glove compartment, next to the baling wire, was a roll of electrical tape. A few wraps of tape and we were on the road again, heading to our destination. We got so busy visiting friends over the weekend that we forgot to buy a new rotor before heading back. Not to worry, we drove back about 175 miles with the rotor still taped up and the car running fine.Yeah same here.... and some bailing wire and heavy dykes. Bailing wire already saved my butt once.
