Yes, I'm thinking of another place to hang that anti-wrap bar. But, it's in, it's holding and I can drive it.

FC187 of FC Fabrication made mine...part of the SOA job.

I made mine I fabed everything on my rig myself. Nothing is store bought. I made my bumpers and even a long range fuel tank. Check out my pic album.

Hey Htwon, I would love to see how you made your long range tank. I want to fab myself up one of these.

I really don't have many pics of it. I made the thing out of cardboard. This is where I cheeted alittle. I'm a fireman for the City of Houston, We have a fab shop with a sheer. I transfered all my patterns to the 3/16s plate and took it to our fab shop. I sheered it out, then brought it home and tacked it all together. After welding it up I presure tested it and put a gal of Northern tank liner in it and sloshed it around three times. it's alittle heavy but it should ride flex good. did you get a chance to check out the pic album?

Cool stuff man. I didn't check that out. I'll do that now. Wish I had a shear...

had a very busy morning on the pig. i swaped out the worn out leaf spring bushings. pulled out the on board air tank and replaced it with a 5 gal tank. put in another 4 point harness still have 2 more to put in ugh! i put grip tape on my slyders the tape is from skateboard deck tape works great!

still need to install the new winch i got the other day and plum the air lines to the tank too many things to do not enough time in a day to do it in.

It's a special quarterly publication put out by Peterson, they just did one on JK's, the next one is on Toyota's and since my 55 has parts from EVERY Land Cruiser wagon (55, 60, 62, 80, and 100) , except a 45, the photographer thought that it was a good fit. Ha!

Hopefully I will have some actual action shots, from the photographer, but I imagine that I will only get the bad ones that can't make it in a magazine......

He also shot Ben from Slee's all Toyota, front axle. It is pretty awesome. Custom diamond housing for the 9.5" Land Cruiser rear diff and FJ80 steering. IF I ever have problems with the 80 front diff that is definitely they way to go.

I see this thing on a trailer more then any other pig on mud! LOL What magazine?

Looking Good!

Is that angle iron screwed on to the rockers? I know the rockers are pretty prone to rust, would some silicon or something on the top help keep water out? Just a crazy idea. I would hate to see such a good looking pig get eaten by rust.

Unloaded my new-to-me tailgate from the swapmeet yesterday...Hosed it off to get rid of the spiders.
Not my best tailgate, but not my worst either. Think I have 5 now.
