Sorry Dustin, I'm not a great poster. Here's the pump I used
I cut the rods going down to fit the much smaller height of the tank. The plastic bottom was only about 3 or so inches from the top, so I had to remove the plastic breather housing that hangs off the top into the tank. Been working great so far. I also added 2 vent-in and 2 vent-out of these control valves to the tank.

Got on line for cruise Moab waited over three hours, We got three registered but our numbers were low but very slow

Nice 👍🏼 That looks about like the pump @Megadoomer was using.

The valves you linked - 2 vent in, 2 vent out, these are for the vent system going up to the vent manifold on the rear driver side?

What do you have for fill neck venting?
Does your fuel cap allow for venting in?

Yes, the vent-out go to the manifold on the inside of rear quarter panel. The tank has a 3/8 tube above the tank filler inlet and I ran a hose from there to an inlet in the filler neck tube. And my cap doesn't allow venting. Cheers

For sure?
I think most caps allow the tank to pull air in from the atmosphere when the thermal mass of gasoline cools down (at night for example), but they don't allow gas vapors out when the gas is getting warm and giving off vapors. Those have to go to the charcoal cannister.

Tried to buy one for the last several months… some of them really are pigs. I’m no longer up for a major rebuild project. I’d enjoy something to hop in and enjoy the drive.

One GORGEOUS RESTORED FJ55 green/white sold on BAT about 7-8 weeks ago for $72,000. Too Rich for my blood. That deal fell apart and the seller emailed me. Given the much lower sale price it was still up there for the use I could give it
