So I emailed my parts guy back, asking for 6 more dipstick ......I said they must be a joke there (referring to them or me)someplace. Steve replied....the joke is you want 6 more dipsticks... so I told him to make it 8

I just compared my most recent order from toyotapartsdeal.com with partznet.com and PartzNet definitely wins out, by about 5%. But the big win for me would be on the sales tax, since TPD is here in California they have to charge me, but PartzNet does not.

Those 47201-60050 MCs (for '76 to '80 FJ40) won't be a problem. It'll continued to be supplied by the OE manufacturer (Aisin, now Advics). I just signed a contract with them, and will be stocking it in the future.

these are 60 series but work on the late model 40's, nice if you want some clean ones, pretty cheap. You can also get the back part....got some someplace

Ahhh the infamous dipsticks. I would say you have a plethora now.well I'll be darned, Toyota USA let me have fog lights again, those weirdo's, years ago.....no problem, 2 years ago....."not for you" This time......they showed up(no real savings over Racer65) I think I still have a 1/2 dozen up in the attic......but it was the point not the need

I barely know what to do with mine (dipstick). No clue what did do if I had two!only got 6(+1) have 2 more coming.........yes jokes were made.....
I've got a couple OEM Toyota in stock if you hear of someone in need, I'll be realistic with the price. And I've got 20+ of the AISIN's when the OEM's disappear
