Haven't found a good solution for wrenches. For sockets, the vertical post trays are the best thing since sliced bread.
Those are what im eyeing currently.
The short side/deepside magnetic scallops are cool too. For now they fit in one top drawer standing but will see how long i can keep it organized. Plus id love a quicker size recognition.

Similar to Johnny, I like the HF plastic socket trays. There were open spaces but I filled them with other sockets...just don't always match the label.
For wrenches, I picked some of these up last summer. They are fairly decent. I did have to trim some of the plastic gripper when using larger wrenches (e.g. 1" and larger). Not perfect but keeps them from moving in drawers and can be used to carry to your work area.
