Would a 30” bar fit in the front center without the cut out for the rigids? Also could you make a cut out for the Baja designs flush mount squadron pro’s? That’d be ideal for me.

Squadrons will be going in the wings of the front of Tony's bumper.

The front center is 35" wide on the PRE-2016 model. I'd need the 30" bar to custom fit in the POST '16 front.

I think a BD bar will have more lumens than the Rigid, I just had the Rigid laying around from another project. Plus, I believe, BDs are all single row so it'll tuck it nicely.

Either way, Jason can get good deals on BDs.

Also I’m looking at the BD Onyx6 Hi Power Driving/Combo in 30”. So if you make progress with getting a 16+ made that’s what I’d like in the front center with the BD Squadron Pro flush mount wide cornering on the wings.

excellent. In my ideal world of timing, I have David building me a Trekboxx system which should be ready for install sometime this summer. So I’ll be taking a trip to Sac to visit my office there. And while there having the drawers installed. If the stars align and the bumper can be ready for install in the summer, I’d just need to drive a little further to be in Redding.

No updates today... It was a booger of a day dealing with everything ELSE... But I got a few more pieces into CAD. Now just to cut and work on more bend allowances.

I acquired the unit next to me today, got the keys, dealt with the locksmith, had the alarm company walk through for more security, window tint guy came, etc.... etc...

But, tomorrow should be a good day and then Friday will be FULL TIME 200 FUN! I've pushed all other orders 4-6 weeks so I can crank out some 200 armor.

Also order a 10000# Challenger Versymmetric Lift and should be arriving soon.

I'm still waiting on the new bender dies. I hope they arrive soon. If not, I'll have to improvise with what I have.

Also the re-designed tow points are now available. Soft or steel shackle compatible. Inner radius milled.

Man how that inner milled radius make them look nice!! Prob removes some stress as well. We can swap out these for my v1s whenever I get my front bump from you.

Rear wings dialed in, cut and bent. Wrap under quarter wings will be finished up early next week and then hopefully the BD Squadrons will arrive for me to finish the front.
