Dang that’s legit. I’d be in for one too if you end up making them. Count me as part of the 25% of the 25% of the whole.

I will get 3 fronts and 3 rears completely welded out and then as many tacked up as I can. Shooting for 5 extra of each. Then set the jigs. The cnc table will be on constant burn while these rigs are here. Not to mention The wall between me and the new unit coming down to open Trail Tailor up to about 4000 sq ft.

My rig will be headed out to Jason's shop soon for the goods.

I beat the piss out of the current version of the bumpers and sliders (as some people can attest to), no issues. The new versions will only be even stronger and versatile. Get them while you can.

Correct! All HSLA (high strength low alloy) steel upgrade. I have 6 sheets in the racks waiting on this run of armor. The front will get a different recovery point design and wrap around frame mounting. The rear will get the new tire carrier design, full under pinned quarter panel wings to the frame. This should eliminate ANY upward travel to the plastic molding and body.

Well in that case I’m also interested in the rear with swing out tire and can carrier.

It'll be about 5-7 weeks to get everything finalized. Style/design of @TonyP bumpers will stay the same, just increasing strength and making it "Tony Proof" if that's even possible! HA!

Tough Dog lifts!

Get'em while they're hot! (and in stock)

I can vouch for @TonyP ”beating the piss” out of his setup. I must admit to wrinkling my forehead and squinting a few times listening to him bang over stuff in Moab and Breck from only a few feet away. :confused:Judging by the sound, it was brutal...but alas...the hardware held up.

See @TonyP post. PM incoming. I have the T O Y O T A and LAND CRUISER letters laser cut in stock. Like we did one the old bumper.

I have a Comeup 12.5 in the bumper. More than enough for the 200.

The 12.5 is a monster winch. The 9.5 will be more than plenty.

Sorry if I missed it somewhere in the thread, but is the front predrilled for the prox sensors?

Would a 30” bar fit in the front center without the cut out for the rigids? Also could you make a cut out for the Baja designs flush mount squadron pro’s? That’d be ideal for me.
