  1. Copy the .stg file to your dropbox or icloud account.
  2. Go to "Settings -> Preferences -> Dropbox/iCloud" and log into your dropbox or iCloud account.
  3. Then go to "Settings -> Menu -> Import Settings", select either dorpbox or iCloud (whichever you copied the .stg file to) and select the .stg dashboard file

It worked! Many thanks!

The ring around the "Gear" dial will light up green when the TC is locked, and will disappear when it's unlocked.

I'm currently using this OBD2 bluetooth dongle. It seems to work well. I leave it plugged in all the time... it will turn off after the truck turns off so it doesn't drain the battery, as far as I can tell. My only nuisance is that the LEDs flash so you get some flickering light under your dashboard if you're using it, but it's easily solved with a piece of black electrical tape

One more OBD question if you don't mind, what PID are you using to show gear selected and TC locked/unlocked? I can't seem to find the correct one and can't use your file since I'm using OBDLink. I figure the PIDs should be the same/similar?

The PID for gear is Toyota/Lexus/Scion->ABS/VSC/TRAC->Status of the Gear Position->Fail or 1st or 2nd or 3rd or 4th or... Note that when you're in Park it'll show 8th gear and I think Reverse might show 7th, but it's accurate when in Drive or S-mode.

The PID for the TC is Toyota/Lexus/Scion->Engine and Electronic Controlled Transmission->Status of the Lock Up.

This dashboard works as well. Importing can be done directly with a local download so no need to rely on linking to dropbox. Menu is a bit unintuitive.
1. Settings -> "..." at top right -> Import Settings. Make sure to overwrite all local dashboards and user defined PIDs

Thanks again @linuxgod!

Since a couple people pinged me, here's my latest OBD Fusion dashboard

Thank you! Works great on my iPhone Xs! I use my 11" iPad hung over my OEM display for Waze and GAIA, so I added your dashboard on it, as well. Works fine, and as expected, I needed to resize and move some stuff around. In downside that I haven't found a way around yet, is that on the iPad in horizontal mode, ODB Fusion shows the pull=down menu as a sidebar, which can't be collapsed. So a slightly squarer display than the iPhone. still, I appreciate the sharing!

Cool. Honestly in the iPhone version there's a menu option which supposedly turns the menu bar at the top off, but that's never worked for me.

Hey if someone wants to send me an iPad I'll be happy to modify it to fit the screen ;-)

I love OBD Fusion dashboards as much as the next guy (thanks @linuxgod), but I'd like to keep it simple. What are the top three or four things I should monitor while towing a 6000lb trailer?

I'm guessing engine coolant, transmission pan and transmission TC temps. Anything else?

Tire pressure :)

That’s all you really need. Honestly you don’t necessarily need coolant since you have a coolant gauge.

I like oil temp but it’s not really necessary.

Transmission lock up is useful. If I had one more to add to your list it would be that.

You can definitely start by deleting the KCLV and timing gauges. Also probably battery and intake temp.

Since a couple people pinged me, here's my latest OBD Fusion dashboard (with a live action shot, nonetheless). It's laid out to fit my iPhone X, so your screen may vary. The green ring in the bottom around the gear lights up when the torque converter locks up, and turns off when it unlocks:

Just a follow-up to thank you again for your help with this. Here's the simplified version of your dashboard I have found very useful for my day to day driving on my iPhone 7+:

I feel like I am being dragged (kicking and screaming) into the 21st century tech...

Thanks again!

At least your figuring it out... I've still only been able to get the speedo and altitude to work. Anyone have an idea to why the rest of the readouts aren't working?

You’re not connected, it’s just reading the iPhone/Android sensors

It's funny it was something that simple is able to be missed

Now that it's up and running, any info on why the A/T Pan and Torque Convertor are not giving any readouts?

The gear indicator also shows 9. Is that when its locking the TC? Kind of feels like that's what's going on.

Edit:picture added.

The PIDs might be different for AT temp for the 2016+ trucks with the 8 speed. Mine is a 2013 with the 6 speed. Edit those gauges and change the PID, I suspect there's a slightly different one for the newer transmission

I'm not sure about the gear for you. For me it correctly shows 1 through 6. Maybe like the above there's a slightly different PID?

When the TC locks the gear dial will get a little green ring around it. When it unlocks the green ring goes away. My image in Towing with a 200-series Toyota Land Cruiser - https://forum.ih8mud.com/threads/towing-with-a-200-series-toyota-land-cruiser.932343/page-50#post-14066087 shows what it looks like when the TC is locked. If I put the truck in Park it shows the gear is "8". I'd have to check but Neutral and Reverse probably read 7 or 9 or something too.

Would you mind sharing the settings for how to get the green ring to light up when locked? I tried to figure it out but no dice.

I documented it somewhere in this thread. Or at least somewhere in the forum. I don't recall the specifics but you basically end up creating two gauges. One is the lock/unlock gauge which just uses the values of 0 or 1, and the other is the actual gear gauge. You place the gear number gauge directly on top of the lock/unlock gauge, just make it a few pixels smaller so part of the gauge below it shows

Once you've got some time under your belt, can you report on how stable it is at highway speeds? Especially in turns, any downhills (that you can find), etc. And I'd still love to see as many photos as you're willing to share. Any unexpected surprises at all? Anything to nit pick about the layout/usability/features?

Here's a video from Overland Expo West showcasing our trailer (my wife is now a YouTube star!):
We love the trailer...the layout is exactly what we were looking for, and the construction quality is top-notch. The only trailer I've seen (and I've looked at pretty much every US brand on the market) at the same level is Oliver.

As for towing, given a roughly 6,000LB trailer with ~725LBs tongue weight, the LC is not the right vehicle for our use case. The lateral stability is fine, curves and downhills are no problem. My issues are the amount of engine work required to tackle hills and on-ramps, and with the Kimberley, the fore-aft dynamics suffer without a WD system. Quite a bit it of porpoising on concrete interstate sections. Since the market is hot for LCs right now, I've ordered an F350 Tremor and will be selling the Cruiser when it arrives.

Great feedback, thank you. About to watch the video.

I'm curious, what has your towing experience been prior to this Kimberley? What kind of weights have you previously towed with the 200? Did you think the 200 was adequate for those weights? Just trying to get a bit of context for the "engine work required to tackle..." part of your comments.
