Tim of Gamiviti (@nakman) and I hung around today up in the misty mountains and took the EV80 out for a little cruise. Check it out! Gamiviti is the maker of my roof rack and specializes in solar powered gear like fridges and water storage...

Check the OEM awning mount system from gamiviti. They've improved on the original version which I had and the new ones are even better. https://www.gamiviti.com/awning-brackets

Ironman has a few options. I put in a smittybilt that fit between the stock tlc rails. Had to make brackets, but it was pretty straightforward. Lots of folks like that gamiviti rack too.

U.S. pricing released today. With inflation, pricing has already creeped up significantly from original estimates. I was expecting to see equivalent pricing to the UK and Australia (minus built in VAT taxes). The marketing has been they were...

Sometimes it's the really small things like, no more wind noise. thanks @nakman ! Oh and the extra bracket was definitely needed and very much appreciated.

Well shoot, looks like you don't have any sort of track on the inside... which means you're left with a clamp-on method, not something that can bolt to the inside of the rail. I think that frontrunner solution mentioned above does it, also...

Kinda trapezoidish and yes, they need to be refinished. 41.5" apart between them

I followed BuggyBoy's suggestion of the Frontrunner Cross Bar kits. I reached out to Frontrunner, and they set up a kit with 3 crossbars. These can fit over the factory rails, and each have a nut in the end that faces up/down, if you get yourself...

Picked up a set of 5 used 40 Series steelies for cheap. They’re the welded variety and only a few years old. I ordered some new chrome caps from Toyota, then went to a mom-and-pop tire shop and had my rubber swapped over to the new wheels...

The stock threads in an 80 are an M5 thread, and most that I see just get some short bolts and sealing washers from the hardware store. I know wit's end sells a kit for this also. I have seen regular coarse thread screws on some 60 series...

I suggest changing it to a graphic display, rather than a single number. You want to see the readings go up and down, almost with RPM, in a somewhat predictable pattern... will look like a heart rate monitor of sorts. But the fact that...

Thanks, Appreciate it. I'll start tinkering with the ODB Fusion dashboard to get that set up. Fortunately I have all new Denso sensors in the garage, lol but of course it's the nightmare 02 to get to. Just my luck. I am hoping this stays away...

I'm waiting for the dealer to email me that I can pick up the new O2 sensor, then I'll have all new ones on all 4. Hopefully tomorrow. In OBD Fusion, I think the best move is to create a new dashboard that shows all 4 of them... the upstream...

Yes, both the LT285/75R17 C 117/114Q and the LT285/75R17 E 121/118Q Nitto Ridge Geapplers on your LC200 have the same recommended Cold Tire Inflation Pressure - 37psi Front/Rear. If airing up to 42psi eliminates sway in your particular use case...

I would say the goal is to give the community a great annual event in the San Jauns. With that being said HIH was the main influence that led to having COTR on the East coast. We took what we thought were the best parts of HIH and decided to...

Is the goal to be something of a spiritual successor to HIH? Obviously the San Juans are always gonna be the San Juans, but I still haven't been to an event that matched the community feel of HIH with so many people camping close together and the...

Still at it! I guess if you don't fix it right the first time, you get to fix it again.. last week started getting a P2238 code, which is bank 1 sensor 1. IOW, the driver side front... ordered another expensive O2 sensor from Toyota, will...
