Fridge looks good! Coincidentally, I recently ordered the Alu-Cab fridge slide as well. I'm building 6-inch tall drawer/box that will be mounted to the top of my drawer and the fridge will sit on it. I needed some additional, lockable storage space for long, golf-club sized items. I'm still pretty curious as to how well the slide will work...

Yeah I'm wondering if the angle/tilt will be less help and more of a burden. I don't need my beverages clanking together. We'll see. I hope it'll be here before the long weekend.

Ok, I like this a lot better. The only issue is the temp settings are blocked but I don't foresee me changing the temperature often. I could move it to the other side but the inverter is there and I don't want rewire the whole thing.

Edit: as I was typing this I had a brainstorm. I just went out and removed the front section of the frame on the driver's side. The passenger side still has a flat, secure, platform with a hinged top. So all I have to do is unstrap, slide forward, change temp, slide back, restrap. Note the last pic, that's how it is now. Mind the absolute catastrophic mess back there.

I decided to buy some stuff to make camping more enjoyable with the long weekend coming up. Sooo....

Newest acquisition. Weber Q1200. Ronny Dahl and all those Aussies rave about it so I stopped by Lowes and put my 10% discount to use.

It fits perfectly next to my inverter if I remove the grills top. So I strapped the top to the front of the fridge. Cold booze and hot food.

I read somewhere that the pump will purge the system at night, that's why the code pops up in the AM. I was going to try one other scheme; drive the tank down to 0 range and let it sit for a week with the gas cap off to see if it'll fix itself. I tried that today but when I went to start my BMW to make sure it was drive-able tomorrow, the battery was dead.... sooo I'll try that cap off thing later this week.

@TonyP, not sure you saw my other thread on this, but I had the same issue. Had to have the 4LO actuator replaced. It was a big job, but this corrected the issue after living with it for nine years!

Yup, I read through that. But it seems to have fixed itself, whatever the issue was. I'm assuming it was fuel bubbling in Moab into the charcoal can that eventually dryed/evaporated out. Why it started after I returned to Utah is a mystery.

Received my sun screens from Solarscreen - Quality custom made window insulation for Motorhomes, 4x4s, Boats and Cars
After @indycole posted up the link. Very quick shipping considering it came from Queensland Australia. I have been searching for a high quality, vehicle specific, sunshade that covered all windows for a while. I saw exactly what I was looking for in a Ronny Dahl video but couldn't find the company. But these are it and exactly what I was looking for.

Great quality, perfect fit, and they come with carrying bags. I went with the whole kit (every window has a separate shade). I'm very happy with this purchase so far.

Saw some coolant dripping. Pulled off the skid plate. Looks like the oil cooler is leaking. It was dripping twice per second. Definitely coming from right below that fitting.

At least it's cheap.... ok it's $442. But at least it's easily accessible.

Was this trail damage or normal wear tear?

Normal wear I guess. It's under the skid plate so it's fairly protected unless a rock got kicked up in a wonky place. I didn't see any damage though. It was leaking a tiny bit before but magically stopped. I'm guessing the coolant clogged the leak. But this time it was leaking a lot more.

Incase anyone gets the same issue, here are the part numbers. The oil cooler comes up as "assembly" so it might include the gaskets but I threw them on just incase. The part number below replaces "15710-38021" so perhaps there was a design improvement/fix. I ment to order two o-rings. I'll have to get one locally. I already had a coolant hose so I only ordered one but there are two that can be swapped out.

Fixed. Lost about a gallon of coolant and a quart of oil popping it off the housing. Filled back up, all good so far.

Going from the BMW back to the 200 is like going from driving a go-kart to driving a bus. A wonderful bus though.

Before anyone says anything, that's as far as the bottom hose goes on the fitting. The fittings aren't the same length top vs bottom.

What!? No aluminum oil filter housing instead of that plastic crap?

My evap codes are now popping up daily, sometimes twice per day after my 200 sits all day while at work. I just open Torque up on my phone and clear the codes in 30 seconds.

I need to track down a shop with a smoke tester. They plug into the evap service port and pump in smokey air to see where it leaks. A cheap smoke tester is a hundred or so and uses mineral oil, but a quality unit is close to $1k and uses UV smoke. Which I'm not buying.

I'll update when I get it tested. I might wait until I get the auxiliary tank installed.
