How many days/hours did it take you to do the dash tear down? Also are you running 33-9.5s or 10.5s? Really nice work on the truck, I am ashamed and motivated. :D

I just wanted to see them next to eachother :o

Updates?
Radiator leaking again yet?

Haven't updated my build page in awhile.
Thought i would share some pictures of how she is looking now after i cleaned her up.
Main upgrades are the Kaymar rear bumper, custom front bumper to match the Kaymar, and the ARB Aluminum roof rack.

As soon as the ship rolls in i have the newly designed tire carrier and dual jerry can holder going on the back!

Diesel Cummins 3.3 still holding its own! Averaging about 25 mpg after most trips!
Had to take the toyota air cleaner i had on there off and put the smaller K+N on... I couldnt get the belt tensioned enough with that big air cleaner on there...
So i got a K+N and a Prefilter. Also put in a new 4runner brake booster, that thing was a noticeable improvement.

And of course the billet diesel logo!

Went through and replaced every single piece of weatherstripping with new OEM as well, cleaned all the door jambs, etc up while i was doing that, everything looks brand new!

Also spent the big bucks and had justdashes.com redo my cracked dash pad and make a custom hole for the Jensen Heavy Duty stereo i am running. They did an awesome job.

Next projects include:

Getting Tire Carrier and Jerry Can Swingouts installed, once they get here.
Color match Linex rocker panels
Continue my quest to make every non load bearing external bolt stainless.
Wagongear Seatbox (working out the details on that guy)
Interior redux at some point.

Thats about it! The truck has every new rubber OEM you can get including window channels, gaskets, runs. Any piece of plastic that didnt look good has been replaced with new. Ive honestly ran out of things to replace!

Killer Rig, I read most of your thread, must of missed the conversion conversation. Great work! And thanks for serving our country. God Bless.

I was thinking the same but its Awsome truck and convertion I really like it ... I wish I had done something like that rather them my Vortec... Great job keep the pics coming

Sent from outer space via my mind

That is awesome dude.. truck looks superb and love the amount of room you have left in the bay after the 3.3 conversion. How do you feel the power is with the 3.3BT? Think it could easily tow a small 20" hardside trailer like an Airstream?

Gotta spill the beans on where you picked up that wheel and hub adaptor ?

Just got a new steering wheel, from a foreign 60, so i actually have that wheel and adapter for sale. They are from lecarra though, super nice and matches well. Let me know or PM me if you're interested. Top leather is worn but i was going to buy a wheelskin to make it new again before i sold it, but can price accordingly without it.

Signed up and created an account just to comment on this awesome truck! Love the build! Such great attention to detail and hard work on the little things.

Where is the Diesel engine info? Also any suspension info? I seemed to have missed those things.
