So it seems you're chronicling things that have happened in the past. What did you end up doing with the motor and how long until we're at present day?
You are jumping the gun.. and I did what any of us would do... Fixed it!
Edit: We will be at the present day soon!!
Edit 2019: We will not be at present day anytime close to this
Great thread Reaper. Love the backstory - that kind of connection to the truck really captures why we spend so much damn time and money keeping these classics alive. Wrenching photos are awesome, I've never done well with taking time to document the things I do to my truck - and your camping photos are top notch too, quite a talented photographer. Best of luck and keep pressing.
Thank you, a ton of people are all about it, AFTER I tell them the story.. But only TLC people know why I spend so much time and money fixing Taro up. I'm an addict. It's a love story to me.. I take care of my cruiser, and it will take care of me! Has never left me stranded anywhere! I have always been able to limp it home! And thank you for the comment on my photos.. Its a shame I didnt use my nice camera for the wrenching picture, But my hands are always covered in grease..
