I suppose my then and now photo of my engine bay is worthy of showing. I’m pretty proud of it, not only because it was my first time helping out with a job this huge, but so many parts were sourced from all over the country to get it complete and running well.

How it started…

The donor engine that came with the purchase to replace the blown motor.

New shiny parts!

The finished product! A mix of new OEM parts, quality CityRacer aftermarket parts and rehabbed/refinished old parts.

I see you get it back to springs under axle , with about the same lift as the springs over it was before , was the SOA too soft?

We were out looking for geodes that day. Neither of us knew what a geode looked like, but we were having fun. That little bugger is now 25 and a wildland firefighter up on Mt Hood.
