I would be interested in rear hoop only. What would that cost? I already got a quote of $150 shipped to have one fabbed so can you beat that?

The bows are $500/set + shipping including the mounting hardware. I'm looking into the cost of making up the canvas tops. The issue on the canvas tops is finding the satisfactory material to make it.

I'd like to stay away from custom stuff as there is too much room for error in making up custom stuff.

How can the bows be shipped? With all the interest, I need to list the set from my '72. Have everything including the original top for a pattern.

but the 500$ bows + how much for canvas = soft top ready to put on my 40?? or will i need something additional like a windshield channel or anything??

and can these fit all years?

Troll-I have these drawings of door pillar.I'm making a pair for myself molded w/ with epoxy,glass cloth and 1" pipe that runs the full length. The canvas channel will bolt on through the casting.I'm making the plug for the mold on a cnc router @work. I cant determine the positioning of the canvas channel .I have found every image I could on MUD,and just cant get a definative position.Can anyone verify if I have it right? I also am not certain of the orientation of the slot in the canvas welt channel. I have measured my existing hard top pillar and think my dimensions are good.I checked the verticle curve with a template and it lines up. Any input or correction would be welcome!

I am looking for bows for my '80 hardtop. Has anyone purchased a set from Real Steel or Cruiser Guy? I am wondering how they compare with Paki product. Are there any other sources?

Need dimensioning of frame over door

hiyas- I am having trouble making the frame over the doors.I have found enough information to make all the other components,but i need clear dimensioning on the horizontal pieceover the doors. I found this picture,but it has no dimensions.Also,I have seen other pics showing a second part that bolts to the pictured track,much like the one for a hard top.Can anyone provide those dimensions and a picture of the other part,showing their relationship? Here are a few pics of the b pillar fabrication. The parts look chalky,they have yet to be sanded,filled,etc. Thanks to all- Paul
