Thoughts on how to use these with a BIOR rear bumper? Looks like I should have the two inside mounting holes.

Interested, can you post a pic of your BIOR bumper where the plates would possible fit?

It would be nice to cover that so I collect a bit less mud and protect the body.

@Ramathorn15 is working on a removable flap to work with BIOR and possible others. Nice to keep stuff out of the bumper but its make to be removed when off road when you would want it the most.:meh: To be fair the design is not 100% and maybe it will be addressed in the end.

The flap doesn't have to be removed, and I leave mine on when running through mud and dirt. It will help keep a lot of the mud out of the BIOR bumper, but if you're backing up against a rock, you do risk ripping it off. I guess for those wanting to just keep mud out and don't care about having a flap could cut the urethane short enough to not hang any lower than the bumper.

Hey @LandCruiserPhil, Did you ever post the dxf for these? I'm going to laser cut a set tomorrow for mine. If you didn't / don't want to that's fine, I'll just probe the oem and pick the profile up.

I dont have or own the file. I just take a template to my fab shop, they do the rest, and pick up the finished product. I can send you a picture??

Here is what I came up with. Lasercut ABS. Plenty of strength, and flexible enough to use the inner mounting bracket for support.

Received my delete kit yesterday. Really fast shipping, thanks. I had the old flaps off and the new ones installed in about 15 minutes. Thank you Phil.
