That's an awful lot of thread showing on those ends... Enough that I'd maybe be concerned about too little thread engagement. I'm assuming this shot was taken before you had a chance to tighten the jam nuts, and that they are tight now? How much lift do you have? Does @LandCruiserPhil have options for longer center links?

There are different length options.

Ideally you want the sway bar parrella to the lower control arm to avoid rock contact.
I find using a 3/4 wrench along the side of the heim will keep it centered when tightening.
You can remove the lower jam nut if needed to make the link shorter

Grinding the sway bar is not needed for clearance with our links

Below is the finished product going forward all parts get a 5 tank zinc coating.

Our links will never look like this no matter how hard you wheel if they do contact for replacement

The first 2 rounds of links sold out before completed. Use the Lay-A-way link if you want in on the next run currently underway. Clickable Lay-A-way link

That answers the question I had when I was trying to get in touch with you the other day... And then forgot. Guess I'll go hit that link.. for links.

Thanks,

Jason

That's mighty generous of you brother, thank you!!!

Just to be clear, are there different length links or is the frame bracket lower off the frame for the 4+ lift guys? I didn't see any different options on the website so I assume those are the 0-4" of lift variety?

You do have choices, so far we have met ever 80's needs. The truth is the measurement between stock and a 6" lift is not much.

We currently in the final step having all parts at Zinc plating.

In the meantime a couple of pics showing full articulation using a properly set up rear HD WHiteline sway bar, @Delta VS panhard riser, @Outsane custom bump stops, and our HD rear links.
