Heavy duty 30mm rear sway bar brackets

I designed these bad boys for the 30mm heavy duty rear anti sway bar.

The original hardware has been broken and beaten before. Wanted something stout and also incorporate a smooth transition from the rear lower link to the bushing.

That came at a cost to much more material and work.

I think it was worth it they came out awesome in my opinion

Heavy Duty rear sway bar brackets for 33mm swaybars like those from Whiteline These are made to take a beating and also provide and nice sliding surface when scraping down a rock. 4 extended bolts are included. Made in small batches here in the US.

It would be nice if you drilled and tapped a hole for a flush mount zirk for greasing the bushings. Might be able to hide it in the cavity for the rear mounting bolt.

I haven't figured out a good way to get grease between the swaybar and the bushing from the outside.

The bushing doesn't rotate.

I have some aftermarket bushings that came with grease zirks. There was a zirk in the bracket that lined up with a hole in the bushing. If there’s no hole in the bushing you could easily place the bushing into you bracket and run a drill down the grease tube.

There is a small batch that will not be. I want to see the difference. When they hit a rock it won't matter.

After this catch up set the rest will be.

I like to think of the rear anti sway bar as a skid to keep rocks away from the lower shock mounts.

If only. My lower shock mounts are screaming in protest.

But this is a great option for those not looking to relocate.

I found out Whiteline has recently switched manufacturers and the size of the bushings, the new ones are much thinner.
New ones are marked 3552 and 31mm. These are smaller.

The 79 series in Australia still uses the older thicker bushing.
Original and 79 Series are marked with 67395

I spoke with whiteline and I will be a getting a few sets, they will also be making the older version available for purchase from their website.
