SO STOKED

Got some work to do first!

Since I have done the rear sill already on my other, that will be the first to tackle. Gotta build some confidence up.
Lucked out with some floorboards form the Legend, gonna redo the sliders to make them into air tanks. A bit worried about the rear floor. Looks kinda complicated.

Gonna be asking lots of questions. Hope y'all dont mind. I am going into some new terrain for sure, but stoked.

Did I say that I was stoked!

First all metal work then dash, sound and heat, roofsupports, door latches , and oh my so much more!!!

So, what's the plan, fix this body then move it to the other frame or just build this one from ground up.

AAAUUUGHH I am torn but my latest trend is that I will be going 5.3 H55
oute. The milage/cool factor with the diesel R2.8 is so tempting. but the price and lack of enough power and that everyone that I have spoken with, even Torfab, who has done the R2.8 conversion, says do the 5.3.

By the way I am always reading others posts and stealing ideas. So please just take it as a compliment if I shamlessly copy you ideas!

It’s not a full circle, but a climbing spiral... you might have been at this same XY, but your at a higher Z...

Like the other weld-through primers, it’s probably necessary to sand off any exposed primer to lay down paint. Pretty sure POR 15 prefers to start from bare substrate, but read the instructions on what it’s compatible being sprayed over.
