Black 98 Land Cruiser, 160k miles

My buddy Tom (with the crew cab taco that came last Saturday with us) is looking at this for his girlfriend. He said something with the lockers is messed up but they might need a cleaning or possible replacement. Is this price on point? Anything he should be weary of? I'm not super familiar with these 100 series trucks.

I live right there and can check it over for you... or Tom... or myself... humm... :grinpimp:

Slee has a 100 series buyers guide on their website that's a good start.

98-99 had the OEM rear elocker along with the center diff lock. Not sure what the issue is but lots of time the elocker actuator just doesn't engage because of lack of use and might take some extra persuasion engaging for the first time in awhile.

That particular example looks pretty beat. There are plenty of nice early MY 100s out there for sub-10k.

I saw people mentioning it back around the 2015 SEMA show and have been on their mailing list. It sounds like they’re finally getting close to releasing it.

I think Fred put one in a HEEP on the Web show "Dirt every Day". And drove it under water.
