Looks good mate. Can i ask, when you are out getting her dirty do you see much deep water and if so how much contamination do the axles see assuming you have extended diff breathers?
The old girl doesn't see too much deep water. Ive got the diff breathers running up to the fire wall, so Ive never have milky diff oil.
Cheers

Was recently in Europe, and was invited to tour the Maltec shop. Here's a couple pics from out front:

Maltec.jpg

From left: a 60-series with ambulance doors and 12H-t, a pair of 75 series pickups, a 75 series pickup with 60 series axles, 12H-T and the best patina in the world, and an HZJ77 (I think).

maltec2.jpg

From left: camper built on a 200, just peeking out a little from behind the black camper is a yellow pop-top troopy (it's the "Live Work Wander" troopy), then a beige pop-top troopy, a 79 series pickup, and a double cab 70-series pickup. IIRC the other black camper is built on a 200 series 'Cruiser. No idea what the Porsche is doing there.

It was a really crappy, rainy day, so I didn't take much for photos, but thought some guys might enjoy these.

The Maltec shop, BTW, is amazing. Lots of fun stuff in there.

Just found this one on Facebook

Do this one win for best social-distancing for a 70-series? I took this photo at McMurdo base in Antarctica a couple of years ago. The Kiwis use Troopies as their utility vehicles and occasionally come over to McMurdo, as their base is only a few miles away.

Chevy350J-70, Santiago de Veraguas, Panama. If you need more cooling, just cut a giant hole in the hood to make it work. Function over Form.

There was a guy on here from Africa that did the same by merging a BJ70 and a wrecked HZJ76. He did a short thread about it (see link below). He has been quiet for awhile so who knows what happened to it.

Builds - My VDJ71

Hi boozewz that is most interesting. Do you have the details on where that work is being done? I did a little googling but could not find the shop. I may need some special help on my JDM diesel 81 which currently is in Dubai.
