I need to do this. Tailgate on the trails would be so much better. And my current split gate pops open because the pin in so worn.

Indicator lights: $20 each (with factory wiring)
FD lever and bracket with pin and chain: $35
Wiper switch: $75
Light switch: $40
Bib lights: $25 and $20 (broken lense)
Ashtray: $30 (some rust but no visible holes)
Wiper motor: $30

Lots of dash parts. Solid tub unfortunately cut for tailgate. Nice windshield and frame. Make an offer on everything or individual parts. Has title. Located in reno NV

Well I’m moving slow. Gotta have surgery on my left shoulder. I’m still able to get a few things done with the help of a friend. Got latches on the Frankenstein tailgate.
Just gotta get the J-hooks attached to the body. I’ll post more as I’m able to work before surgery.

It has been a battle getting this tailgate finished up. This is last of the body work and should be finishing up the painting.
I assume you welded together a split tail gate and did that? Did you use the split hinges and modify?
