Nothing special as far as Cruisers go, but it's all working and I can use it every day. This is my American Fj40

This one is my South Africa Fj used every day and works hard at it.

This one is also in South Africa and used every day and is the hardest working cruiser I know of. Loading game up to eland (2000+lbs) and busting brush for recovery as a daily routine.

JJhack, I love those So. African rigs. They look very functional and its good to see them used for what they were intended, getting you there and back. Did you fabricate the back tubing and seats or is there a "safaris R us" kind of place in Africa?

there are all kinds of places that do this kind of work, one of the best is Mega Motors in Elisrass South Africa. He also does 100% refurbish of all old cruisers. All of ours are diesel except the Fj45 in the picture above that is a 2F

Guess I will play. I just installed rebuilt F, 4 speed tranny, and a rebuilt transfer case. So far 420 miles on the drive train and doing good. I drive it about 100 miles a week.

That is a beautiful rig:beer:

Now, if you can just get that steering wheel issue worked out....:lol:

Very nice truck:)

My 75 FJ40, this is my only vehicle and it is driven nearly daily (except when I am working on it). It is pretty much stock except for the rear shakles and the turn/tail light and the hood. I don't think the dents and rust came stock either, but that is the way I got it. Tires are 31x10.5x15, but I think I want 33x9.5x15 ( if I can find any). It's not pretty, but it gets me where I want to go and does what I want it to. I am looking forward to having alot of fun with it this sommer!

Here's my 100% original (and rust free) stocker.

All original paint too? No body repairs or aftermarket parts (other than maintenance parts)?

WOW, WOW, WOW! I want me one of those!
