County Health wants a full commercial kitchen and an inspected outdoor kitchen - no bueno. Still buying the smoker :)

Not a recipe, but thought you guys might appreciate this. About 80% done. Still need some trim work and countertops, but it's been a big project the past few weeks.

Thought maybe this should go in the wrenching thread as a good trail fix, but then decided this was the place for it.

The side table on the Weber Summit has too much flex, and the rotisserie motor always walks off the spit so...
