While there was plenty of pork and chicken involved corn on the cob may be my new favorite item to toss on the smoker. This time in elote trim 😋

Perfect to toss on while the butt is wrapped and resting.

So summer to winter fare here

Saturday started soup season with a roasted butternut jalepeno bisque.

Not sure if it’s the last 5 Penos of the season I harvested here or the single rogue store bought peno from the crisper drawer but something was fireballs level 11 hot here

Return trip to store late Saturday night to double the batch in attempts to dilute the heat. Fail. Another trip Sunday morning to triple it lol

No luck. Heavy cream and a warning is what you get.

But back on the smoker. The breast above turned out good; preparing to try the whole bird coming up this week.

Pie 2. Are you piping ricotta or some some sort of Cheese dollops?

Pie 3 Apple cinnamon dessert pie or some sort of savory pear experiment?
Thanks and yeah I found a super easy 3 day cold ferment dough that just works. Cooks on a 1/4” steel plate at like 525-550* oven.

Yes, that’s whipped ricotta dolloped right before finishing.

Hellz yeah…apple pie pizza!! It was so good, even the the next morning!

All looks fantastic... and somehow I bet you are still about 6% body fat :D
