My guess is either black eyed peas boiling or some weird wort? :)
 
Didnt get a picture of the end product. But just made an awesome omlette with this.

Scottish smoked salmon using retired Macallan Whisky casks as the chips.

Found it at whole foods, which is now pretty affordable since Amazon bought them.

We keep getting requests for KC-Style Ribs and Wings in Pittsboro, so we are researching selling Wings and Ribs here Fri, Sat, Sun, Noon - ??

Need a business name and to make sure we can do this.

First you tenderize the ribs by finding some Patriots to slap them around....

Well it is smoked, not baked, or baked in sauce, grilled, etc.
You use a rub.

That is pretty much it. KC BB Society criteria state it should pull easily from the bone with your teeth, but not fall off the bone.

Some people use a mustard-based slather with garlic, etc before smoking or even rubbing.

Sauce is used as a side item.
