Is it just me, or is $25k just a bit ambitious? I get that it's cool that it's a 5 speed diesel. But with 220k miles, cosmetic issues..?

Yep, the 25 year rule is driving prices down. This is like 17k or so. Would be fun to drive.

I wouldn't pay $25k for it, But it is LH Drive and doesn't initially appear to be a Canada first rust bucket. I bet he gets close to that for it.

I'm getting new wheels soon and I am not sure if there is a market for the stock wheels off a 95 80 series. Michelin rubber is currently mounted but you'll want to replace those. The rims are in moderate condition. Typical corrosion from brake dust etc. but structurally they are sound. This will be happening by Christmas. If you're interested send me a PM.
I also have the stock springs off the 80 if anyone knows someone with a 4Runner they want them for. Those are free (Six pack of beer)

You can market the rear springs to the 100 series crowd...
No way at $25k.
Maybe if he repaired the damage and it had the rear tire carrier, headlight washers, factory winch, subtank & cooler console he could get close to that.
