My 77 FJ40 Build

With this great weather we're having, I got out and got the Saginaw power steering pump mounted using Georg's (@orangefj45 ) bracket and wide belt pulley. Pretty easy install.

Getting back to it. Welded up some fender flare holes and the aux tank filler cut out. Not too shabby.

I have not picked mine up from Stan's... I am concentrating on getting the 60 running first, almost there.

I finished rebuilding a min-truck power steering box that @Delancy (Chris) generously donated to the cause. The rebuild wasn't bad, but we'll see if she leaks or not. I painted it hammered silver for that added bling

I now need to source a return line nipple. Anyone have one they want to get rid of?

Over the weekend, a couple of my homies helped me flip the 40 over on it's side so I could clean up bottom and get it ready for Raptor Liner.

Today, I did a ton of prep work and sprayed Raptor Liner on the bottom. Easy job, but the prep takes forever.

Yep, prepping easily took 95% of the time to apply the liner.
