Sadly, a building we had rented for storage a few years back was a marble/granite warehouse previously and had a 12-ton overhead on a trolley. Fun day on the farm today.
My land mate Elliott taught me how to slaughter, pluck, and gut a rooster which I raised. After the processing I stuffed it with vegetables that he grew, couple heads of garlic, and now it's roasting with a few Hubbard squash that I grew.
I can't wait to eat him.
I'm also super excited to be learning this process.
