I got this solenoid as well.
ToyoDIY list it as a thermo element (22474-68160). I suppose if it gets to cold or goes to high it will shut down the engine?
My car will still start at -30C, you should take a trip to the sahara dessert and test it there after a day baking in the sun ;)

My vacuum lines looks a little bit different from memory, without as many tee connections and yep. Your throttle springs are definitely not original.

I'm poking around with a bumper...
Trying out heights and different options. This seem to be the height i can do, according to the frame.
I will need a 2" bl to get the pto winch driveshaft over the frame, under the radiator.
Will probably look better when body is raised, but it does not give me the same good clearance as the old warn bumper i had kissed to the bottom of the frame.

The side hoops are angled way back, so here they're actually resting against the light door.
At this forward placement, the pto winch can fit between the frame and inner channel of bumper.
The drum is really big, and the worm gear would need some work to fit...
But i think it can be done. Somehow!
I'll tinker on tomorrow...

Hundy..? As in 100 series?
It's from a nissan frontier... Hush hush! But frame width is correct, it's just a bit tall.
Will blend better in when body lift is on.
If i can get the pto in there, I'll make use of it.

Mocking up the pto winch...it's big!
Needs some trimming to get it in there.

Sorry, posting in tapatalk from the cell, can't figure out how to make the pictures show correctly.

What size tire? 15"? I have OME 2.5" lift, and 285/75R17's, (about 34") If they were 35" they would rub. Did you
trim your fenders?

They're 35.12,5x15 on a 8.5 rim, forgot to measure the bs.
Similar to my previous setup, but needed 1in rear spacers and 2 in bl to not rub on inner fender. Extended bumpstops near flat springs, went well.
We'll see how it works out.

Sunday drive, testing the grip in the stt's.
And it's not the worst rear flex I've seen.

Front swaybar is on... Rear stuffs great.

I love being out there at this season.
And it makes the easy trails a bit harder, with all the rain, leaves, washouts.
'winter is coming '

Thanks, mate!
But maybe I'll have to just run the stock ugly overhang winch bumper trough the winter, I can't find time and tools to mod the pto into the Ironman bumper.
Winter is coming fast, and I know the winch is needed both in work and play.

Without a welder i decided to put the stock frame extention and bumper on.
I had this light hoop laying in the scrap pile since my last pto winch back in 09 or so.
Wire wheel, rattle can, new bolts and hellas 24v xenon luminators.
PTO winch will have the seals replaced, and serviced before i put it back in for winter duty.
I also need new u joints and frame mounted bearing for the driveshaft.

verry nice cruiser mate
where did you find those clear indicator lenses?

@torfab, how come, that's a long time away from home...?
The lights are insanely awsome.and legal.
Just not a very long reach, in the dark wet fall. Lightpattern is great, wide but not high.
4300k. One of them is letting in a bit of moist, ill look into that.
Biggest issue is when i go to low lights again..

I just don't like how big they are, and they hide the badge now.
I think my next lights will be Rigid D2.

@Paul07, i think aussie e bay... But I'm not sure, as they were in the bin from the po.
I kinda like them, for now.

Can you flip them over and put them under the bullbar? Then your badge is visible, they are lower, and much more protected

I know i can flip them, but that would mess up the light pattern. Cant flip with the winch in place, the light bar just clears it.
I'll just have to live with it until i put the pto winch in the Ironman bumper.
