JTO rear disc kit. Cut the backing plates off with my plasma cutter and bolted the rear brakes in place.

All the break lines are twisting off as I try to remove them so the going is slow getting the clutch and brake systems in

I've got the clutch done. It was frozen and I was worried it was the clutch itself but a new slave and master and its functioning as it's supposed to.

This saved my butt on a difficult flare nut if there’s enough room to shimmy the lines closer.

I have one. It's gold on trucks with crusty connectors

Working all over the place because I'm working with what I have in house for parts. Lots of boxes landing on Monday and Tuesday

I spent quite some time removing copious RTV deposits. He even had the valve cover gasket secured via

This would have been a problem.

I've got it all degreased and wire wheeled. I'm about to put a coat of paint on it and then start building it back up

That water pump!! Omg

Were they using the radiator as a compost or garbage disposal unit??

Sitting up is bad. No idea what that stuff was.

Farting around today putting stuff on before more parts land.

Initially I thought the header that was on this thing was too corroded to reuse but I was able to clean it up and paint it and reuse it. New Remflex installed top and bottom.

I went ahead and plumbed the Sniper fuel system. All I need to run is the feed hose and wire the pump.

That braided clutch fluid line looks like a nice option. Is that a City Racer or the like product?

where do you mount the relays for the headlights
From another truck.

I stack the relays and mount to the fender. (Left circle)

I let the two blue things dangle between the fender and the battery

The cowl vent hoses were toast. Thankfully City Racer makes repos.

This is the style that go through the transmission hump.

The passenger side is a bitch. Had to pull the ash tray to see where I was stabbing.
