How does it feel towing a trailer that long in a shorter tow vehicle?
Do you have air bags in back?

Prado has 3000kg towing rating. I didn't reach over 80-90km, all and all pretty stable. It does have airbags in the rear.
I was wondering about the short wheelbase on the Prado. If the longer trailer tries to wag the dog? It sounds like no...

Threw the front clips on to measure the wheel spacing. Looking mickey mouse.

Started the templates for body mounts with some scrap pieces. She's one good looking pig.

Short update.
A few other projects on the run at home.
Made some time to make up some body mounts for the 6 rear sections.

Have to finalise the front body mounts as they sit on the radius arm mount.

Trailer is 14x6.6ft
Did the job. 2 door Prado did pretty well considering.

Prado weighs 2300kg.
Trailer and 55 weighed around 2400kg.

I hauled my completed pig to the Yukon on a 16' with a 2021 taco - really wasn's bad as long as the trailer brakes are set correctly - wouldn't do it in winter though :)
