Skunks more common in Colorado than here at farm. Yellow lab always got sprayed when mom was out of town. Just tossed the skunk away wash away couple months ago.

Year before last, ditch across road flooded, 14 skunks moved onto property, during their mating season. Cost about $5k to have them trapped, best money i ever spent
You can't make this stuff up!!!
I imagine the smell in the air was "interesting"...

Quick hijack! I’ve been jinxed, this stuff works great after Gypsy (German shepherd) tried dancing with skunk this morning.
Sorry, back to original programming

Amazon purchase?
Sure you can get it there but I ran into patient and his wife in Between Steamboat and Craig before I left. While chatting about another dog getting sprayed he gave me two bottles of the stuff from his truck.

Up your way TJ, I would bet Murdochs would have some?

I need to get in there - I have never been.
We have a Bomgaars that has a lot of things nearby, plus Tractor Supply.

There aren't too many skunks around here.

Back in the day I had a ginger-colored Golden. She was more red than blonde. She was a great dog. She got into a skunk one time. She also got after a porc-o-pine! This was way back in the Never Summer mtns. This was before I had a Leatherman to carry, and we were out a ways on a hike. Too far to walk back to the tool kit w/ needle nose pliers.

So I started pulling them out of her muzzle by hand, one by one.

The ones on the roof of her mouth were the worst. Sticking your fingers in her mouth and thinking how things would go if she decided to bite down...

She was a great dog. She is the Golden in my avatar.

2025 update.
Body mounts have been laser cut, folded and tacked into place.

Trickiest mounts were over the radius arms & rear doors as the bolts run into the chassis. Rears will be redesigned after I get final heights once the body rubbers are installed.

Australian law requires an engineer to certify any welds to a chassis, which I should hopefully get signed off ready to burn in.

Pdfs for your files.
55/80 mounts.

The Engineener signed off on the chassis brackets. It's time to get cooking.

Rear chassis mounts will change as I'll need to cut into the chassis to make it fit.
