13.13 for 75 model comes with a long and short coil wire.

Update.
In my parts search I found the jack tools.
Found the headrest thanks to David Dearborn. I don't know if they are stock but they have the same look. Ill have to paint them with some vinyl paint.
I kind of like the hippy graphics.
Installed the dash cover from MAF. Looks really nice. Also cleaned up the AM radio and installed it. Looks great though the only thing I care about is that the green light inside of it works.
Got this for my birthday.
As you can see it's been an asset in getting parts looking new. Right now I'm using glass beads but I'm gonna buy some al oxide for the caked on rust. You can see the nose cone I promised to Poser about 6 mths ago and still haven't sent it. Figured I would clean it up.
Clutch cover I cleaned up and painted.
Side vent covers painted and waiting for the black inlay.
My new favorite airtool and sheetmetal alignment holders. Cuts sheetmetal like it's butter.

consider me a newb on the butter cutter knife thing and the sheetmetal holders...what are they? i'm running into some issues with my body work b/c i can't get clamps on some of the panels, would these help?

That little cutter will cut through sheetmetal like butter. Got it at Northern tool for $99. They have a cheaper one but I wanted something a little better. It has a really short stroke which is great because you can get in tight places with it. The guard allows for different depths. The great thing is it's doesn't distort the metal like a cutoff wheel will.
The slips are great at getting panels to stay put and flat. The square stock on the bottom can be removed so you can get it into a space by sliding it in the seam and then putting the square stock piece back it. and then just tighten down.

From another thread and update.
Have a lleak at the manifold. Broke a stud getting it out (40's tech). This has to be the craziest exhaust I have ever seen. Two tubes, one inside the other. This thing goes all the way down outside the frame then back under the frame and then goes to something I have yet to see in stock form.
My plan is to weld it on the inside then on the outside and get it looking like it should. What do you think.
I'm afraid no one will be able to replace this at the muffler shop and keep it looking stock.
You can see the outside is broken pretty much all the way around.
You can see the crazy two piece exhaust.
The inside that is cracked also but only half way around.
And my boken stud.
Update. Not a whole lot going on as of late. Lots of club stuff going on. But I'm Starting on body work as you can see in the prior post. Except for the exhaust and seats there is really nothing else left but body work and paint. I have decided to strip the entire interior (minus the dash) the doors, tailgate and the rear windows, and headliner. Fix the dents and rusted areas and basically paint the whole thing. I think this is the only way I'm going to be able to get it looking right due to the terrible overspray from the prior paint job.
I have a friend who is going to swap front fenders with me. As he aquired a pair in mint condition and is planning on cutting the bottoms off for rockers. He and I just couldn't let that happen since fenders with no rot on the bottoms are a rare find. So last night I took the passenger fender off. I had heard horror stories about bolts snapping. I guess I was lucky. Just goes to show the condition of this pig when you can start the bolts off with a wrench and then just use your fingers to unscrew them the rest of the way.
Tonight I will be taking the drivers side off.

Sounds great Marshall. Have fun stripping that pig. I am in the middle of that myself and it's a PITA. Get yourself a lot of Ziploc baggies and label everything well!

I've been working on an idea on how to repair the dash panels. As most of you know the foam deteriates after 30 some odd years and starts to swell. What I thought about doing is to make a few braces to hold the pieces back in the original shape. The removesome of the foam from the back and fill with an urethane glue. It should make for a stronger bond and be easy to work with.

what do you mean by the "dash panels"? Just curious as I will need to get some parts restored for my piggy, atlas, what parts do you restore for a 1970 piggy? pm me if you wish, I will be needing to get my full dash restored as it is fairly shot as well as have some door panels done as mine did not even come with any.....

Atlas has all 6 of the panels (4 doors and two rears) he is working on making reproductions of them. He also has my front seat which he is also working on making as close to oem with out breaking you look.

No pics, I started this project last year and I am so close I can taste it. My fear is cost to have the seats made as I just tasted the cost of the 40's fronts today. But I am looking for a person who will take on the chore of sewing them up rather than a company at $40 an hour. I understand the $1,000 ins. They are MINT! They go to him on Tuesday to work on the patterns. Thanks for sending them out.
