Basically, he took his universal AC and had a faceplate done in 3d and moved the face to the center to better distribute the cold air.

Hi to all, I´m wondering about AC options for my '77 BJ40. I know its been a while since this post, but I came a cross a similar unit....can someone confirm if this is an original option or some aftermarket kit? I would like to keep averything as original as possible.someone should make this add on system. Works well and keeps original heater box. Works well to de-humidify in coastal Carolina and make the heat bearable in the summer.

I also don't understand the purpose of having a second fan in the air duct, maybe someone can give some info about it.
Thanks in advance for all the inputs.
