I pulled my rear diff lock motor and I mangled the heads of two of the Elocker motor bolts trying to remove them.
I think they’re a 90105-08114. Can anyone confirm the part number or recommend an alternative?
1996 fzj80.
This is them and where they go.
Thanks!

Part number looks correct.
Partsouq shows nothing. Might have to hit up your Toyota dealer

Looks readily available.

Heads up the 10mm bolt on that locker has been SUPERSEDED to a 12mm bolt.

How do I know? When I went to replace the bolts for mine, I asked the dealer for oem and they said that bolt is now xxxxx-yyyyy which I bought but realized it’s a 12mm

And I have to say it was moot since when I bought the Slee cover, it came with its own 13mm bolts which replace those 4 straight into the housing

I can dig it out but y’all can fact check me gladly on it

So it’s just the bolt head that’s 12mm now? Any issues with the superseded bolt’s fitment?

No fitment issues at all -

I think Toyota realized that original 10mm bolt is too weak for the long term (goobers are rounded them off in the field) which is why it was superseded to a 12mm - I can fish out the part number when I’m back at my garage

But if you buy the Slee locker guard - the hardware they supply is 4x 13mm tad bit longer bolts to mount the locker guard using the 4 holes. In this pic I had the 4 bolts from Slee on top of the housing

Take the bolt down the your local hardware store and match it up.
Easy Peezy 🤷‍♂️

The hardware stores around here have a pathetic collection of metric fasteners.

Bummer, I live in a small town with one hardware store but it an Ace and they have a great selection of metric hardware.

@ERG80 - to wrap this up and for google to bookmark for all eternity :

90105-08114 (10mm) has been superseded by 90105-08328 (12mm)
Bolts are called out by the shank size 😉
There’s no way those bolts are 12 mm
I would guess 8mm but it’s been a while since the last time I pulled the actuator.

FWIW once I know what bolt size that I need our order from Belmetric.com.

Bolts are 8mm,1.25 x 16 mm
With a 12mm wrench size 😉
Faster cheaper & easier to just order from Belmetric.Com JMHO

So, you're saying the thread is unchanged with the superseded part? Just has a larger head?

The part number suggests 8mm thread I believe

90105-08328. Pretty sure 08 denotes 8mm

If your running the Slee rock guard I would get 20mm

Guys - I have no clue what’s going on here and why it’s going all super technical

That oem bolt is NLA (90105-08114) this bolt you have to use a 10mm socket or wrench to get it out.

The new bolt is 90105-08328 which uses a 12mm socket

If you use a Slee locker guard , the bolt head size is a 13mm

I’m holding all of these bolts in my hands as I’m typing this

Not trying to be super technical ;)

If your calling out a bolt size it's not by the size wrench fits it.

If one is using the Slee rock guard the stock bolt 90105- 08328 will be to short.

The proper bolt size is in post # 14 if you running the guard you want it to be 20mm long.

Cheers 😘

I bookmarked belmetric. Nice resource.

Looks like McMaster Carr has an option that fits those specs too.

I like and have use McMaster Carr for years.
There customer service and overnight shipping can’t be beat.
But that all Comes at a cost ! Bottom line they’re expensive.
If you need it fast they’re worth it.
