Can the front drive axle be removed on 92 FJ80 to test on Dyno with a LS swap without harming the drivetrain or transfer??
 
You will need to lock the center diff

Remove the front drive shaft and lock the center diff. No need to remove any axles.
 
You got your original answer, now what we want to know how much power did it make. Was it a stock LS, 5.3/6.0, any modifications (cam/intake manifold/etc) any tuning in the future?

Ummm where are you getting 268hp from? That dyno plot has all kinds of issues. About the only usable info are the lines from 2750rpms to 5600rpms, the spikes at the beginning and end are not HP/Torque plots they are spikes from shifting and coasting the rollers.

Your peaks look to be about 140hp and 198ft/lbs at the wheels.
 
30+ years ago dyno results were recorded (by people watching instruments) as raw torque at RPM plot points and made a whole lot more sense honestly.
