Group ride with the LBS. 90° and humid had the lungs putting in maximum effort. The new carbon railed AliExpress special saddle is a win though. Under $20, under 150 grams, and the most comfortable saddle I have had to date.

Went on a ride on Sunday. I am terrible about stopping to take pics. I have been working to increase the lengths of my rides and their intensity. Feeling better every ride. Using Tailwinds as an energy supplement in the water bottles. I need to find a good snack to bring though as well. I want to shoot for 50miles soon.

Moar….

Pro-tip: if you want to make the last ferry back across the Bay, don’t let a dumb stoner bike mechanic plan it. 🙄🙄 That move led to a **very** windy and cold ride across the Richmond Bridge. It was funny for some reason. 🙄

Off to Quincy and the Sierra tomorrow for four days to visit Emily and Cameron and pickup my new Falconer! Happy to be leaving the wet and erratic weather of the Bay. Been spoiled in the desert.

Hermit park ride near Estes park. Getting the 2-3 rides a week is a game changer. Feeling great and actually enjoy the rides more going up…. One thing I don’t like about this app is the elevation gain always looks flat.

More pics of riding and shït… Riding in Marin was great but the humidity and never-ending sweat was 👎👎. And nothing drying off overnight, wet bibs, etc.

you've been in the desert too long. I'm the opposite, when I go to Tahoe the dry weather just wrecks me. Beach weather is damp and I guess I'm accustomed to it.

Spanked out a 15 miler this morning. Hit up some trails I haven’t ridden in 5 years. There were some changes, mainly a monster home or two now running right to the trail. No more sneaking by…

Pretty awesome all in and could easily have done more distance. Next time, heck, maybe next week!
