Lake imagiung trailhead (Near Asheville, NC a couople of days ago....Did two laps similar to this Ridgeline trail was a really fun descent.
Another 4 miles, easing into the back pain. Just went to the post office and back. If you look, the here’s little bits of old Denver still left. No stunning mountain vistas here and kind of a gray day, so not really the best for exciting photos but oh well.
Quick 30 miler with three decent climbs, Old Meyers Grade and both sides of Luther Pass. Still a lot of snow.

Back to hermit near Estes park about 8000 foot in elevation. Very little to no snow. Looking good but likely to hit snow any higher.
I’m down here in Denver
and my wife and I were talking this week about how soon we can go camping. Seems like very little snow on the Front Range this year.

Shakedown ride yesterday after some tweaks and installed a slightly smaller front chainring. Fun bike! Went on a quick 17 mile today. Felt great. Weekends have been super busy with other demands but I need to start squeezing in longer rides.

25.6mi today on the Neuse River Trail on the east side of Raleigh. Rode the paved trail down to a connector to the Williamston Preserve, then rode some of the "flowy" MTB trails in the Preserve. Fun stuff, beat up a little, perfect day!

This hiking trip is a recon trip for the first MTB race that I’ll be participating in September. The 65 miles of this hike will be a portion of that race.

North Rim of the GC seen south on the Coconino Rim:
Almost to Utah. Hope to finish the last miles next spring.

You may be surprised, I'm thinking it is about average from what I have seen and certainly asking up around the resorts earlier this year. Still quite a bit up higher.
Man that thing still looks straight out of the 90's?
And another quick ride at devils. Love these early rise with the sun rides but may have been sleeping thru half of it from the looks of the time

Wanted it to look just like the 1987 catalog photo. Took a long time to find the frame with the rad optional paint job.
42/52 with an 12/21. That's for going fast on the flats...
Played hookie from work today. Then climbed 3800' in 13 miles to have lunch at 10,000' with this view!!!!
Another day, another 20 miles and 2,000+ ft of climbing. Bit of hike a bike. Some of these trails are not to be trifled with.
