I have GPS JP you just need to get me and you in front of it and look at the map and I can plot points. As well as tell you what depth the fish are.

cool marshall I will get with you this weekend, and we can go over the route, plus Andy has been this way before and he will most likely be in the later group so you will have GPS and local knowlege; if you get lost with both of those on your side....... it is your own damn fault :D

Heather, if you have room for one or two more, I'll make it up there Thursday night. Cat can't take the day off, but my old college roommate may join me. I can get the details from you this weekend. I'd like to volunteer any of my extra camping gear, if someone feels like they are short on gear.

We should have plenty of room. Just let me know what your plans are looking like. We should be leaving after work and get up to Sky Valley around 8 or so.

We could just follow the trail of yellow shocks on the ground.:flipoff2:

man you guys are harsh............ if it wasn't for my antics these trips would be a lot more dull you do realize this right :flipoff2:

I totally agree. You are the best at keeping us on our toes.

JP seems to be pretty adept at keeping that from happening. In fact, his dad was telling me that very thing on a trail ride not too long ago. :D

Heck, I don't blame him. Thinking back to those years I kind of kick myself that I did it as quickly as possible.

Or I'd be stuck by myself in the infamous mud hole in torrential rain at 3:00am on the way to the bald. ;)

Not yet. $8600 bargain basement price

Have you given Carmax a shot, John? I think that is one of the options I am going to explore with the next 2 cruisers I sell.

I haven't had much luck with them in the past but I just had a buddy with a Rover that did much better than he could have privately.

Might be worth your time since you probably have one close.

I forgot that one......... that is one of the few times I did something right :D

I am no fool :D

hehe how about bread crumbs instead :D

better not use those in case i get hungry or a grouse get's hungry.

I will try to talk with Jason this evening and hammer out some schedule plans. I know my way around up there pretty well, so i would be willing to take folks up and around. Also, Jason got me two really nice radio's for my Bday. They have a 12 mile range. So we will be sure that the groups stay in touch.

If things pan out like I want them to, I'll be in for this one. Gotta save up some dough for gas though 1.5 tanks there, .5+ wheeling, and 1.5 back...thats 60X2.5=too damn much.

Gas is $2 in Atlanta and gas was CHEAPER than here at a station about 3 miles from the meeting location.

Buy gas and don't eat...have some priorities already!
