@Scott belfort, as it's obvious you can't get your money out, keep it, drive it and enjoy it for the time being as is or patch it up a little.
See if you really like these kind of trucks, as time and money comes buy another good same model 60, so parts will fit, but now with the knowledge you acquired.

Apparently the winch is welded to the front bumper somehow and needs to be ground off..he said in the parts ad he'd prefer someone buy it in person.
