Good question.
For maintenance, this was anything I replaced due to age, wear, or normal service interval. As an example I felt that replacing the old worn out tires that were on the truck when I purchased it was a maintenance item, even if I was installing 285's since no changes to the rig are required. However going to 37's a year or so later I listed as a Mod.
For repairs, this was replacing something due to failure or damage. For instance I have my ARB Bull Bar listed as Mod being replaced by a BIO tube bumper and listed as a Repair. This was due to being in a collision and the ARB being replaced by insurance. Or when my LSPV failed due to internal corrosion and had to be replaced, or when I ruined my rear driveshaft on the trail.

Spent some time on the inside today. After the last trip out the boys managed to track sand and hair everywhere. Vacuumed and shampooed the carpets, cleaned the leather, and gave the interior a wipe down. I’m also trying out one of the CD mount cell phone holders.

I also finally got around to installing a rocker switch in the rear hatch to turn the interior lights off when the hatch is open.
Question from earlier this year. What did you use to paint your axle? Looks good. How has it held up?

I used rust oleum satin black. As with all paint projects it is all about prep. I used a needle scaler to clean the axle. It has held up pretty well given the abuse it sees; mud, sand, rocks, bushes, small critters...

Weighed the truck today; without me in it, with a full tank of gas plus cans with another 11 gallons, a small bag of tools and some recovery gear........

Hey Kelly, we’ll be around. Nothing planned at the moment. I’m not going on the pre Pismo or turf n’ surf trips. The next planned group trip that we might attend isn’t until Nov 16-18th.
That said, I’m always up for an Anza overnight or day trip.

@kelly saad personally delivered this wonderful piece of art to me out in the middle of the desert. Waited till I got home for the install which was a non issue. Fits like a glove. I also replaced the factory horns with a set of PIAA Superior Bass Horns. Muy bueno!

I like the look of that 2 piece way better on the 450. Looks sweet.
Can I get more info on the build for this fuse setup. Very interested in the way it is setup and wired

What more would you like to know? The rear fuse block is wired to the second battery via 4 gauge wire going through a 100amp circuit breaker. The fuse block is grounded all the way back to the battery. I decided to later add an additional ground to the chassis in rear of the truck (not in the pictures). The positive feed continues to another 70amp circuit breaker than to the puma compressor.
The fuse block is mounted to a piece of plywood as an isolator that is attached to some sheet metal I bent up to fit in the quarter panel.
