This piece goes in the corner where yours might actually be gone. It attaches to the bottom of the apron and then the corner of the quarter attaches to it. It's a crazy shaped part. Just in case this piece on yours is rusted into pig heaven, and...

This is where we are with it as of now. To get it here was a ton of labor from the last photos back in July. This week we will work on the gutters and roof, hopefully.

Quite a lot has been done but probably doesn't look like much in photos.

Remove the headliner and then remove the entire sunroof assembly. Then install the upper portion of the kit, reinstall headliner and last, install molle panel.

Meeting on 10/10 is canceled. Not enough people can make it.

I have an early 80 here now. I will investigate soon and report back here.

Hopefully I will be able to look at an old style headliner soon so I can see what can be done. There aren't many within my reach here.

That's what I like about it. I'm in the process of rebuilding a sunroof for my 96 so I'm starting to understand overall construction. Knowing that the earlier models 91-94 with the clip and how are difficult to deal with, it could be a huge...

That is awesome! I am not planning for any GX grille designs.

I haven't tried only removing the glass but that would make sense as an option for people with the older style bow headliner. Personally, I wouldn't want the old sunroof assembly still bolted in up there. That would make me nuts, so I didn't...

I don't have the answer to that because I do not have access to an early 80 to check. I will ask if someone around here locally has one so that we have that answer.

Lets try this again. I had some odd people contacting me about this product from that last thread, so I deleted it. Hopefully that doesn't happen again. This is a complete replacement of the sunroof assembly. 18 gauge steel panel with frame...

I cannot be at the meeting this Saturday. Maybe we reschedule for next weekend.
