Now that you say that, it probably doesntDoes your sunroof drain still terminate in the rocker under the A-pillar?
Haha. You could drill a drain hole on the bottom each end of the slider. Also, if you look on the floorboard just outside of the A-pillar kick panels there is a grommet you can re-route the drain tubes to. I haven’t done it, but I know they reach.f*** it, ill just shave the sunroof.. thanks a lot hahaha

Im mocking up the right side slider, the left side is done already..those Ferraris will not age well.
- and, are you cutting the sliders?! If so, why? (oh - are you filling the gap?)
Yes, in time.. Ultimately the front will be 3 linked with ORIs. The rear will remain fairly stock, for now, ill have to find an appropriate spring for it.Do you plan to lower the rig, now that you increased your clearances & uptravel?
How are the sliders attached to the body or frame, I know you welded but I am interested in having our fabricator do something similar for me.Im mocking up the right side slider, the left side is done already..
Its just a 2x6x3/16 welded to the body, rocker cut off and replaced with big steel. The 2x6 is attached to the A,B,C pillars each with a piece of 3/16 plate, to beef up the structure a bit. I have no fantasy that this is stronger or better than a frame mounted slider. This does add some ground clearance and a long smooth flat surface to actually slide across rocks, with no mounting brackets to get hung up on the very same rocks, nothing attached to the frame.. but pros and cons ya know.. THE single biggest reason i did this though, i watched my german shepherd get out of the truck and put his leg right through the hole of my white knuckle slider, the future of him breaking his leg like that flashed before my eyes and i knew right then….How are the sliders attached to the body or frame, I know you welded but I am interested in having our fabricator do something similar for me.
