Trevor, how did you attach the seatbelt bracket to the rear rollbar? I don't see a through bolt.
Thanks

Great job on the seats, and great pics .Like how you showed the door striker set up. I was also wondering how you mounted the rear seat belt set up to the rollbar . But again great job.:clap:

Ok, Jump Seats are Cool looking and all, but anyone who has ever had to sit back there for any long period of time is not going to be a happy back seat wheeler ;)

These Seats come out of a 2 door Mutt of a 4x4, either a Geo Tracker or a Suzuki Sidekick.
  • Perfectly fit Between tub
  • Tumble and Fold
  • Slide back and forth
  • Integrated seat belts
  • 3 adjustable tilt positions
  • fold separate from each other

so far i have had multiple trips with people in the back, and no complaints! ;) one guy was even 6'5" and had no issues..

all that was required for install was a chunk of 1x1 square tube, and 2 Jeep Grand Cherokee door Strikers..

Seat Belts work Perfect with my Redline Land Cruisers Roll Cage :steer: :D

Is the 1x1 square anchored to the floor? And the hinge part of the seat?

Certainly not as nice an the original seats in this thread. But picked this rear bench out of 88 two door Montero.

The seat belts are only lap belts. Original plan was to use them in my 73 FJ40. The front driver's seat is a suspension seat. With the drop at the front of the rear floor and no tool box under the driver's seat only real mod to install is the front passenger seat these work best in 73-78.

I’ve got a set similar to these. Pajero seats seat 2. I’m hoping to make some third row Toyota seats work as they seat 3. I don’t know what the Toy seats are out of… likely a JDM 80 series or Surf, they were free on the curb.
