Oooh... gray (or tan) would be nice - match the interior, keep that O.E. look... find my Chapstick in under .5 seconds. I like how you think.

I agree. I like the bright color as well. The pic of the black one shows how hard it is to see stuff in there. Are you going to consider making various colors?
Will have some bright color options, like yellow, red, orange.

The upgraded version is being printed. The print takes 25 hours haha.
DAMN!!! 25hrs to print in the cheaper material or are you doing a more finalized version that is using the material that you are wanting as the final version?

The one I mailed to you is not made with a cheap material. It is a production material. I bought a series grey colors and choose the best grey that matches the interior. Then the leftovers are used to make prototypes.

Print that takes 25 hours is normal actually. Most of the bigger parts take 20-30 hours. Some small parts take 4-10 hours.

Ah ok... I thought for some reason you said the proto you sent me was a quick print with cheaper material. My bad...

I have had a same prototype in my truck for weeks. I refined the model to address the problems I found, also including the ones you PMed me.
New prototype is baking.

How is the overhead Switch Pros panel looking?

So each cupholder will take 25 hours?

Still using the prototype and really haven't come up with any complaints/issues other than what has already been sent over to Ben privately. It gets used daily as this is my DD and I have coffee mugs, blender mugs, etc. that it does great with. The butterfly mechanism definitely comes in handy and the ability to move the butterfly one way or the other is awesome.

Some people like the wallet/phone slot but for me it doesn't do much good. But personal preference there and I know Ben has said he would make a couple versions.
I carry two phones work v personal. The work one usually ends up in the console when I am off traveling and the personal in use for nav and whatever so the slot would be handy for me.

Awesome! I was wondering if the door pocket fell off your radar since you've got so much other stuff in progress.
