FluffyBunny,

Holy Cruiser-head wet dream, Bat Man!! (sorry, I liked the Bat Man theme) You gotta be kidding me- and I reckon the bed is in decent nic too.... You have found the Holy Grail of Cruiserdom, you know that, don't you Fluffybunny? Perhaps the name 'HolyGrail' would suit better than 'fluffyBunny', but knock yourself out amigo.:)

You DEFINATELY need to do a thread on this truck. I want to see a photo from every bloody angle once it is out of the garage (preferrably with fewer pixels than the three at the top). Please tell me this thing will be left in a garage once you own it. Congratulations- drive her in good health.

By the way, it could actually be mine... does the VIN number start with HJ45? If so, then I reckon it must be mine:hhmm:

Cheers,

Josh

Remove the passenger side door cylinder its has 4 number then take those numbers to Toyota and they will cut you a new key.

Darn Cruiser Head....You sent this to me and I can't even see the pictures...my work has blocked them out...must be really good Pictures of a Cruiser....

Holy Mackerel!!!!

That is one amazing find. $800!!!!!!

I'm absolutely speechless. Make sure you take a LOT of pictures of it. Some of us have HJ-45s that aren't exactly "complete" and would love to see pics of the details (I already saw some good stuff on your fan shroud).

What demon did you sell your soul to for that? :flipoff2:

Dan

OK... i think i was able to re-size all the pics i took. Please excuse the quality of the pictures.

Looks like in the pictures that there are no door cylinders or handles.

Great find fluffybunny. I hope I also can come see the holy grail of the 40 series. I hunt out west of Three Rivers. That is some of the finest deer hunting country in the nation.

Great find. True that wadesters is selling one for $50K but he probably has $45 in the restoration.

Dood........

Amazing score.

Congrats and welcome

With the rust on the horn button and shifter, not to mention the layers of dust on the seats and the flat tires, you're going to be in debt forever getting this thing on the road. I hate to see someone getting ripped off like that. But it's your lucky day. I'll give you $850 for it...

:flipoff2:Welcome to Mud!! 'ya lucky bastad...

OK , first things first!!! congrats on the find. NOW, take out that crappy diesel and put in a small block chevy. Just kidding guys. The best thing you can do for yourself is keep it as stock as possible and you will have an investment that will pay off. As you can tell from the posts this is a awesome find. Good Luck with the resto work and take lotsa pics, Buy a star or you won't get many more pics on the board.....

Fantastic!!!

Did you check out the 45 section...there is a guy who also just found an old FJ45 out of a barn  Hey Eric...why can't we find this kind of stuff in the barns up here??

Congratulations... :flipoff2:

With a little cleaning that will look like a different truck! Post some after you clean her up. Congrats!

Later,

Again, thanks for all the positive feedback. I plan to keep her and do a full ground up. I have way too many other projects going on now and being that i have an A/C company and its S.Texas and the summer... so i'm very busy. I will get her running, fix minor things untill i can get my shop addition finished(middle of next year).

Yall got me all excited now !:bounce::bounce2:
