I did. It is very basic and if the fuel system got a lot of rust in it that will bridge between the wire wraps on the sender. Also, the wiper will eventually get a wear spot in it and wear through making for an inaccurate reading. That’s what happened to mine…It seems like this is a pretty good resource thread for Pig fuel tanks.
I am wondering if anyone has opened up their fuel level sender?
I have one that reads fine, and another that reads maybe ~1/4 low when the tank is full. Wondering if there is any fix for that?

Good stuff guys! I will dig into the spare one I have, it came with the second tank I got from Ige/ @nuclearlemon .
Better than reading 1/4 full when it's empty.My issue with that one was that it would only read 3/4 full when I filled the tank.
