You, sir, are a brave man to be spraying Cygnus outdoors during pollen season!

Looks good.
One can be brave when ya don’t know any better 🥴🥴

Yep, I had a fun time repainting a corner of the top after attempting to wet sand a pollen spot and burning through the base coat layer :bang:
🤷🏼‍♂️ You live and you learn, better make mistakes while you are young, you will have a lifetime to enjoy the experience.

80 #2 added to the stable this weekend. 177k miles, rust free, magic dial, Trail Gear front bumper 😁

LMAO😆😆😆😆

@SipLife took bluebonnet out to stretch its legs and run it through its paces. 80 mph was effortless with more to give. Temps ran cool. Glad we kept the mechanical fan for cooling. @Cowboy45 was his sidekick. Down the streets of DFW.

Boys continue to put bluebonnet to its paces. Sorting out minor things. @SipLife let his younger bro @Cowboy45 take it for a spin. Hit 98 mph with plenty left on the skinny pedal. On a straight away.

Boys worked well together in finishing up ebrake and door limiter brackets on bluebonnet. It was a good day at the barn. It was good to have @Cowboy45 back in the barn working. He took up some mock up on Old Landy.

I would be upset if I new my kids were driving that fast, especially in a short wheel base top heavy 40 with no modern safety equipment.

CD it's up to you to set a good example.

You know I love what you guys do in the Barn and how close you are to the boys, but I just had to say something.

@Broski, truer words were never said. Thanks for your comments and thoughts. It’s not on deaf ears and shared. I was in my tundra when the speed session trial transpired. Boys did get a talking. Looking forward to seeing you at SAS!!!

This has been a staple lately in the barn a fitting anthem as we spin wrenches together.

I think I have lived a couple of choruses of that song myself! Thanks for sharing CD.

Tis how I grew up. Trying to remember and never forget where I came from.

We visited with Joe Katana this weekend and got two 70 series full float rears. One for Old Landy and the other for Liam’s forever truck, his 45SWB. Good upgrades.

@Cowboy45 is practicing welding. I shared a video with him that was transformational for me on metal work. He watched it and practiced on S10 door we had. If you have not watched Fitzhee, I highly recommend. This was @Cowboy45’s first go at welding a patch. He is going to do another one tomorrow so he gets practice. Then on to work on old Landy. It turned out great!!

It’s with sadness I head back home. My dad passed away this morning. His quality of life was great till the end. It was a sudden turn to the end. Technology allowed us to witness his last breaths as a family. Could not get there fast enough. His fingerprints are in all we do. He will live on.

Sorry to hear that CD; glad you were able to share his last moments though, and that you got back to see him in person not too long ago. He has a fine legacy in you and his grandsons.
